Cookie Policy

Last updated: August 4, 2026

Here is the short, honest version: this site does not track you by default. The only cookie that gets set without your say-so is the one that remembers your cookie choice. Analytics cookies run only if you turn them on, and you can change your mind anytime.

Want to change your choice? Use the Manage cookies link (also in the footer of every page).

What cookies are

Cookies are small files a site stores in your browser. Some keep the site working; others measure how it is used. This site uses as few as possible.

The cookies this site uses

Strictly necessary (always on)

This one is set so the site can remember whether you accepted or declined analytics. It does not track you.

Analytics (only if you consent)

If you accept analytics, Google Analytics sets the cookies below to measure how the site is used. Decline, and none of these are set.

What this site does NOT do

  • No advertising or ad-targeting cookies.
  • No selling or sharing your data with third parties for their marketing.
  • No third-party fonts. Fonts are served from my own server, so loading a page does not send your details to Google or anyone else.

Managing cookies

Use the Manage cookies link anytime to accept, decline, or change your choice. You can also clear or block cookies in your browser settings, though blocking the necessary cookie means the site will ask for your choice again on each visit.
